Production Time & Shipping Time
1. Production time.
On average, our orders are printed and shipped within 3-5 business days of order submission.
Production times may increase during holidays and peak sales seasons, but rest assured that all of our staff will do their best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
In rare cases where an order is delayed, it may be due to a shortage of stock and we need to wait for delivery from the supplier. We will notify you by email when the wait time is too long or when an order has to be cancelled due to out of stock.
If you notice that an order has not been updated after 7 business days, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service for further information.
2. Shipping time.
You can find below the average shipping times for each region of the world:
- USA and Canada: 4-6 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- Scandinavian countries: 4-6 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 4-6 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-10 business days
Please note that this is an average shipping time, depending on our carrier's situation, there may be delays due to weather conditions, Covid restrictions or during the holiday season etc.
